Armed Tiger Moth CLOD

Team Fusion's Friday update showed a video of WIP to arm the Tiger Moth. Not what I would have chosen to spend modeling time on, but still pretty interesting and impressive. Maybe someday ROF will see the benefits of community based efforts like what has happened in CLOD.

After the fall of France, the British evaluated all available aircraft for their combat potential.  I don't know about the Lewis gun, but the Tiger Moth was evaluated for carrying bombs.  Tests showed bomb laden Moths had poor spin recovery, so anti-spin strakes were added to the fuselage sides and integrated into the horizontal tail.  The video's moth for all its bombs and guns doesn't have the strakes.  See the photo below for what the strakes look like.

Great job Lee!

VO101_Tom is going to add the strakes because of your observation. :)
