All The ISP for JG1 is having some problems: "One of our (and Internap's) upstreams in Chicago, Cogent, has had two several-minute-long outages in the last 20 minutes that may be due to unannounced maintenance in the Cogent network. These caused connectivity problems to some customers who were being reached via Cogent. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will ask Cogent what is going on."
