The following is the aircraft modification rules for the FIF 2017: Winter Campaign.

For a complete list of what aircraft will be available during the campaign, please see the FIF 2017 "Winter Campaign" Plane-set.

Regarding aircraft modifications, the following rules are designed to create an atmosphere that is quasi-historical, while at the same time generating a sense of fair play.

As a result, server stats will be reviewed to ensure that all pilots are following these rules during official sessions.

When in doubt about the legality of your intended load out, remember that the FIF tournament wants to:

  1. Limit scout aircraft to their most historical load-outs.
  2. Limit two-seaters to one forward-firing machine gun and two rear-firing machine guns.
  3. Remove mission specific weapons from the multi-crew bombers, while still giving them a chance to defend themselves.

Should there any questions, or possible oversights, please contact Klaiber.
