We had some people on both teams that had their system lock up when they tried to spawn in. Gen_Markof noticed an out of buffer memory error. This type of error can be caused by an world objects script error.
The question is, how many people have their Knights of the Sea mods folder still active? I am not sure if that is the problem but it is a good place to start. Many of the objects in that mods pack have been added to the stock game. Whether that creates a conflict or not, I am not sure.
Best to check JSGME and move the Knights of the Sea mod pack to the inactive side.
