Is it an issue with Windows Mixed Reality?  Or with the software for the Reverb itself?

WMR Microsoft laid off the team in 2023 and will no longer be supporting it. The two downloads might be a work around since integrated WMR "might" not be in the update after 23H2 we are currently on 22H2 so with 24H2 WMR will be removed, which makes the Reverb and the rest of the WMR headsets bricks...

I also read something else that said this wouldn't happen until 2026, so take it for what it is worth. Still disappointing since the Reverb G2 still IMO preforms very well.

I’m working with a tech guy trying to fix my laptop and in conversation he said it is an option you have to downgrade to Win 10 which can help gaming. Might this be an option @Moxy?

InControl will block feature updates like 24H2 while still allowing security updates... for a while at least.
