Hi pilots,

I want introduce myself with this Spanish project. The film coming in January 2014.

ABM productions and SO_Nite2 presents "Operation Bodenplatte", a story based on real events and which has involved teamwork of 17 people, besides of 58 pilots, for a period of almost two years.

 

We use this book as reference:

Bodenplatte: The Luftwaffe's Last Hope, John Manrho, Ron Pütz

 

Synopsis

 

Second World War: The war for Germany is coming to an end.

 

The allies and the German army have established roughs close combats in a battle which is known as the Battle of the Bulge.

 

In an effort to win the battle the Germans, without resources or pilots, are planning a large scale air offensive against the allies; despite the knowledge it will be their last combat action.
