Is it better to have a wireless modem or to be hardwired into the net for COD/ROF?

I've personally had better luck with a wired connection for gaming. My wireless experiences have shown some loss of link on occasion, so I don't take a chance.

i absolutely 100% cannot stand wireless for gaming.

Yeah, unless you have to use wireless (phone, laptop, etc) go wired. Also, usually all wireless routers have at least 4 wired ports in the back of it. So if you are thinking of purchasing hardware, look into this as you may be able to kill two birds with one stone by getting the wireless router, and plugging your desktops into it, while having your phone connect wirelessly.
