AngryGoat Posted March 9, 2019 Report Share Posted March 9, 2019 I'm having issues with extracting historical skins and functional skins for ROF. i got a new computer and am trying to reload everything onto it. i had no problems with the FC skins! does anyone have a good link for ROF? or is there a mod I have to download first? its been so long since the last time i installed them. it just comes up with a "access denied" message after extracting. thanks for the help. see you in the skies(hopefully looking very colorful)!!! New computer I assume you are running Windows 10, in which case I can't be of much help (8.1 here). you could try looking here... Hope you get it worked out.
