Oh-Zee

I am new to the DCG concept and very interested in it. I was wondering what components are neede to run a DCG server. I think I have completed the downloads, from what I have read. I have not been able to find what is exactly needed to run it. Info on IL2 versions and any mods would be great. Thanks in advance. Thanks, Oh-Zee
