Time Table Codes?

I've found some documentation here and there for some of the timetable codes.... But for the benefit of all can someone post a full list?  I don't think there is one place where all the codes are explained.  And I'm really curious about '~C' in particular!

About the timetable commands:

Open the timetable.dcg file and go to the bottom.

 

About the ~C column status:

It means that the column is fighting (in combat position).
