I will gladly compensate the person who will develop and submit personal skins for me to display in ROF. I have neither the skill nor interest in developing said skill to develop them on my own.

Buttz did a skin for me and it was most appreciated. I saw Hett's EIII skin last night and the lust and fever deprived me of a nights peaceful sleep.
