when I open the DCG3.46 or 3.47,This dialog box will pop up

 

"Access violation at address 004048B8 in module 'il2dcg.exe' .Read of address 000000c8"

 

I use the SAS Forums DCG3.46&3.47 for DBW171 Campaign Pack

Make sure that the DCG folder and all subfolders and files are not set to "Read Only".  Same applies to all the folders and files in your IL-2 folder's MISSION folder.

 

I'm not sure that will correct it, but that's often the cause of read errors.
