The _Seaplane_Base and _Port locations are used to take-off by seaplanes.

 

My question is: can we add this locations in the airfields.dcg file?

 

Yes, you can. It even works with taxi-to-takeoff. Just make sure that the last taxi section is in line with the takeoff path.
