About the _Station key word.

First case:
in rds: CityA
in rls: CityA_Station

Second case:
in rds: CityA_Station
in rls: CityA_Station

Wich case is the good one to have the troops (moving columns) carried by train? First case or second case?

Case #1. No need for duplicate names (and contradictory coordinates) in the files.

sniperton is correct.  Any _Station will drop units off at the city of the same name.  So "Riga_Station" (in the rls file) will drop off at "Riga" (in the rds file).  Similarly "Riga_Harbor" (in srd) will drop units off at "Riga".
