In the allcampaigns.dcg file?

Like that:

[Lvov41]
  Campaign=Grand_Campaign
  Map=Lviv
  Date=21/06/1941
  BugOutRadius=15
  Attacker=Blue
  Front=Yaroslav
  DeHome=Krosno_Factory_District
  RuHome=Lvov
  DeBase=Bzhozuv_Airfield
  RuBase=Shyretsz_Airfield
  Locale1=Dubetszko
  Locale2=Mihalovtsze
  Locale3=Mihalovtsze_Airfield
  Locale4=Uzhgorod
  Locale5=Uzhgorod_Airfield
  Locale6=Chinadievo
  Locale7=Perechin

...
  LocaleX=City_A
  LocaleY=City_B
  LocaleZ=City_C

Yes that looks right.... I guess the only important thing is to not place de/ru base and home in locale as well. Other than that i dont think there is a limit to the amount of locales u can put there. Like i said i have 63 of them and they all run fine. If u want as soon as im done editing the campaign ill send it to u..

Cheers
