Field to deactivate Wind

As the bomb ballistics and effects got much decreased, a very accurate bomb drop is needable to destroy anyting at all. Levelbombers are doing very hard in this situation. A field to activate deactivate wind would be usefull. Maybe next to "turbulence" and "gusts".

I think the quick way now would to be just to set the "worst" weather conditions to "clear".  That should make the wind speed very low.
