Do certain train wagons count aswell into the supply rates?

Like wagon1, wagon2 or wagon8 for oil?

Or was I the past years all wrong with that?

I dont want to create a new thread for a similar topic, so here we go.

Maybe someone of you can answer me, if tramps are also effected by the supply rate.

Means less supply rate means less moving tramps?
