Now Kempf got me thinking and reminded me of the Royal Guardsmen, a fairly local band, from Ocala FL. They were formed in the 60s and got famous off sounds about Peanuts (With Schulz approval!  :o) Well, most of their music afterward was aviation themed. Here's two.

Always reminds me of the first time I listened to them with my dad. A Christmas night, tree light in the corner, and the whole family enjoying the fire. My dad opens a vinyl, and by this time my brother and myself are devoted to studying WW1 aviation.

I also like their cover of "Lil Red Ridding Hood" and "Liberty Valence".

Some pretty cool history comrades.

My favorite personally is if I can remember it "Do you wanna be a rock star." And "Searching for the good times." Neither are on YouTube I don't think. I can post them if you lot want.
