If you're trying to get the regular version of Rise of Flight through 777, you just download it from here: http://riseofflight.com/download/ If your purchases from the Rise of Flight store went through (which it sounds like they did, because they charged you), then you're fine. The aircraft aren't downloaded. They are tied to your account. If you're account has them, then you have them. When you login, they unlock. Quote
