There was a question as to whether the spy was working as he could not be found. After the mission ended and restarted, Gen Markof and myself  did the mission. We found the spy.  It worked for the both of us.

 

When looking for the spy, lower is better. The area around the spy is a dome with a 3 km radius at the base.  The General capture is the same.

We need to look better, get glasses, bigger screen or whatever  we just could not find him (or her). Good to know he should have been there so up to us to find him (or her)

The good news is that soon it will be the Red team's turn to do the same exact mission.
