I'm having issues with extracting historical skins and functional skins for ROF. i got a new computer and am trying to reload everything onto it. i had no problems with the FC skins! does anyone have a good link for ROF? or is there a mod I have to download first? its been so long since the last time i installed them. it just comes up with a "access denied" message after extracting. thanks for the help. see you in the skies(hopefully looking very colorful)!!!

 Access denied  means you will have to change the security or ownership settings for the files  in question.  What ver. of Windows?

 

 New computer I assume you are running Windows 10, in which case I can't be of much help (8.1 here). you could try looking here...
