Where to Download DCG v3.50

Returning to 1946 after an absence.  Looking to download DCG 3.50 from the tread in the Announcements page but there are no links.

Also, I was astonished to learn there is now an IL-2 1946 version 4.15 available for download.  I haven't DL'ed it yet as I still have PTSD from 4.14's shenanigans...
