Changes config files

It took a while. There are a couple of Beta dogfight config files in the data folder. They look loke the 'Old' config files. I have not done anything with them. I think they were left in in error.

 

The 'stock' looking config file was overwriten to accomodate the new server mods/scoring system. It has a new line added. Just under the //Mission settings, true - option on, false - option off

 

And above the Objecticon=0 line is a new line:

 

Preset=2

 

2 is for Expert mode

1 is Normal

0 is for custom.

 

I have set all JG1 to Preset =2. Subtitles on and warmed up engines.

 

In the Multiplayer selection screen you will see a number to the left of the silver trophy cup. It will be a Zero, the number one or a 1.5

 

Mouse over and it will list custom, normal or expert.
