The "New Topic" button is missing, for me, in that forum.

 

You cannot post new topics in this forum.

You cannot reply to topics in this forum.

You cannot delete your posts in this forum.

You cannot edit your posts in this forum.

You cannot create polls in this forum.

You cannot vote in polls in this forum.

Understandable if that forum is intended as a squdron only forum but from the forum description I don't read it that way.

Looks like that forum had registered users as read only access. I must have overlooked it - now registered users can post there.
