Regarding the web site server and the mail server, the past couple of weeks have been pretty uneventful. No outages and fairly decent performance. However, the servers are set up as a Virtual Machine, and the host is my main rig. So, I am replacing the rig with a faster equipment.

 

I am going to be working on the server tonight, and this weekend. This means that there will be some intermittent outages. The longest will be close to a copy hours and be tonight. I am going to do an OS shuffle so I can build a new personal rig. This site will basically be moved to the same hardware, still be a Virtual Machine, but on a different host OS, Windows 7 instead of Windows 8.

Website and mail servers are migrated. I don't think I'll need to take it down again. But just the same tread lightly over the next couple of days.
