How to play as a new pilot in DCG?

After the main pilot dies or is captured in DCG, how do I continue the same campaign as another pilot?

Is this possible?

Good question, eager for an answer.

I figured it out. Just check the stat reset option and whenever you die in IL2, go back to DCG and generate a new mission for the current campaign. Go back main menu and go back to the carrer, access the squadron documents section and you can verify if it saved the last mission results by going to "Last mission debrief" (or something like that).

Yes, it's a bit clunky, but that will work.
