All types off static planes spawn on Seaplane_Base.

Not only  seaplane.

That does seem odd. 

The Bf 109-G6 or/and Ju 88-A4 floating at Cagliari Seaplane Base mystified our Intelligency Service. That's for sure!

regarding the above.. could have there been a "friction" setting done on the base. if the friction is low , like 1.1 etc.. it would make the area within the base hard and smooth. make the base diameter smaller  maybe ?

Friction? That's governed by the map maker not DCG.

Fixed.

Deleted the static planes on the master for all Seaplane_Base.

I think I just realized why this bug is happening.  Probably it's grabbing the plane type from the nearest airfield and ignoring what's at the seaplane base. 

Being clear:

 

Master: static seaplanes at Seaplane_Base.

Missions: All kinds (seaplanes too, I guess) of plane at Seaplane_Base.

 

Master: no static planes at Seaplane_Base.

Missions: no plane at Seaplane_Base.

That's how I understood it.  I need to go bug hunting.
