  6. Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Not to worry about all the Brit and US affiliations.... I'm not a spy. Been gone from RAF-662 for many years. Was a squadron commander and later deputy wing commander for a while. AG8 and the 20th were (and still are) just a loose group of about 4 guys looking for something to do in the evenings. Really looking forward to getting back into Rise of Flight. Haven't flown that sim much for several months but WW1 has always been one of my favorite eras. Most of my experience in RoF is in two seat bombers, DFW CV, Breguet, and Bristol F2B. However, I have flown single seat fighters such as the Fokker DVII and DVIII along with a couple version s of the Albatross and some Allied fighters as well. I must make a pretty good target as my success in fighters isn't what I would like it to be, but you have to expect that when flying as lone wolf. Demon Seed

Yes. I have flown IL-2 for about 10 years and I am a former member of RAF-662, AG-8, and 20th Bomb Group. I have also flown Rise of Flight as a member of the 20th BG. WW1 has always been my favorite starting many years ago with the Red Barron series. I'm looking forward to flying ROF with an organized unit again. I am not just interested in ROF as I will always fly IL-2 in one form or another. I am a 29 year Air Force veteran with over 2000 hours in the F-4C, F-4D, F-4E. I also have some time in the F-16, T-33, T-37, T-38 and one sortie in the F-18.
