I don't think that is possible. The game does not track map objects that have been destroyed. In Ghost Skies we place a vehicle inside the buildings/objects as a work around for destruction tracking.

I have a mod for UP3.0 that uses the eventlog of 4.10.1. PM me if you want to try it with DCG.

Without using DCG for over a year and unless anything changed, UP3.0 is probably not compatible with DCG. There are some events that were removed from the log and are probably needed for DCG to work.
