I concur with Rabe, my X-52 wiggles a little with the lock engaged. Luckily my wheels get stuck in a groove on my mat and don't have the problem with moving. Honestly, rudder pedals made a huge difference when I bought them.

Ahhh, installed the other .exe first, that seems to be working now.

I downloaded the torrent and at the beginning of installation I got the error: "DCS World version 1.1.2.0 or greater should be installed." I wasted an hour to see that the link is outdated. The torrent version says 1.1.2.1... I don't get it.

I went to that link above, it keeps referring to the P-51 download. I'm grabbing a torrent of the link at the bottom and hopefully it's the right one.

I'm pretty certain it's IL-2 1946. There are a couple clips with 3D pilots in the cockpit but I'm thinking it's some sort of add in to give it a livelier feel for people that don't play the game. I bet the in-game scenes are staged or rendered afterward but you can see the cockpit view while the guys are playing it, it's IL-2.

Thanks, it's been pretty hit and miss lately. Luckily I check the forums every 4 hours to 2 minutes and can tell by the time stamp if it's old to me or not.

They added a mobile version but most of the forum is black on black do it isn't usable. The full site on my phone still works.
