Cable Mod 90 adapter for 4090/4080 being recalled

I bought one awhile back and got an email this morning that its being recalled. If you bought one from a third party you may not have received an email that is why I'm posting.

If anyone has been following the 4090's power adapters melting.  Then you know what an issue it has been and there is plenty of blame to go around. They have been failing for multiple reasons.  One being people bending their cables to fit in their case.  This is were Cable Mod comes in they made a 90 degree adapter but it would seem they are failing too.  I own one just pulled it out and it looks brand new so I'm lucky.  I ordered a vertical mount so I can fit my card and close my case.

I had to cut my case to fit my card lengthwise but luckily it fit just fine to plug in with stock PSU cables.
