Pimax new headsets

I can run IL2 at 1.03 resolution in PimaxPlay and it pretty much always sits at 60 FPS (I have it capped to 60 fps in pimax play and Openxr tools).  I use 4x FSAA in-game and I see very little shimmer.  It actually looks awesome, quite a bit better than the G2 and with slightly larger FOV.

Follow up on the problem I was having with one of my Pimax Crystal Lights.

Opened a ticket with pimax, explained the problem and mentioned I had two Crystal Lights.

They asked me to export the log files from Pimax Play and to swap the DP cable from my working headset to the problem one.  I did and it worked fine.

They replied that according to the log I provided, both the DP signal and USB recognition are normal. The issue lies in the UVC camera recognition. Combined with the DP cable cross-test I mentioned, it can be proven that the DP cable is intact.  They asked me to download two tools, run them and send screenshots.  One was a pimax power on self test, the other a USB device tree viewer.

On receiving the screenshots. they said the UVC camera-related modules are abnormal and arrainged for the headset to be replaced.

Received the shipping label on June 23 and mailed it back the same day.  Received the new unit today, July 3.
