Well, after checking, here is what I have:

 

Windows Vista (SP2)

i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz

Radeon ATI HD5870

RAM: 8Gb

 

So I was right. I just barely make it.

 

I'm still going to pre-order, but it looks like I'll have the settings turned so far down that it might look like Minecraft. :D

I've mentioned that elsewhere, previously. My main concern is how the RoF engine will hold up with the added ground objects and their details. They are certainly adding several bells and whistles to the ground items and that is definitely going to increase the load on that engine. I'm just hoping it stays below the optimum levels so we don't wind up with another CloD.

I'm not holding my breath for any new features - it wouldn't be the first misrepresentation related to 777 or 1C. But I would be nice to get more ground support.
