  1. Amazing website Nephris! Love the looks and all the info. Since u guys are playing in a orderly fashion i guess i'll wait until some american planes pop up there. Best of look to ur misisons and the great DCG campaign u guys have rolling there.
  2. If u do integrate the stats let me know.. im sure donations will come to support ur software.. including from me
  3. Im definately intereted in stats with ur system. Regardless of being based on fbdj or not, a stats system would for sure sell me Keep us posted of ur development Regards Riksen
  4. It looks great mate but is there any plans for a integrated web statistic system as well? One that register all types of ground and air kills, including AI... Good luck w ur project Regards Riksen
  5. Srry to ask but has this recon feature been implemented yet? Regards, Riksen
  6. Hi Wol, In my own experience, I can say it does work but by default you would only have the default objects associated with the files in the DCG's data folder. In order to have the HSFX objects in the generator, you would have to manually introduce this objects (including aircraft, payloads, ships, etc) into these files...
  7. I tested sniperton mission as well and obtained the same results as he described above, but I could see some problems with this approach when using it in a dogfight or any other type of online mission with a lot of players in it. First, the system would require the players to be rather fast to turn on and begin taxing otherwise the next generated AI group would cause destruction of the planes if one unfortunate player took too long to move out of the way. The other problem is actually related to the AI per se. In a campaign for example, the AI usually fly in a group of 8 aircrafts to complete the same objective. The spawning feature, however, only allows 4 aircraft to be created at a time which means that the first 4 aircrafts of the group would have a 8 hour advantage over the second created group of the remaining 4 aircraft. Consequently, they would not be flying in formation but rather two separate groups with a 3 min difference between them. Unless the first group has a patrol type of waypoint so it can circle around a couple of times so the second group may regroup to the leaders flight, I dont see any way to overcome this issue with your suggested system ... It is a good idea though but it would require some tweaking of DCG engine.
  8. I understand Paul. Anyway, thxs for the repply and thank you for this wonderful tool. It surely adds a lot of immersion to the game campaigns. Whenever you can, if you can, it would be great to take this feature into consideration and maybe add to a future version of DCG. Regards Riksen
  9. Thxs sniperton ... Well it would be good to add that feature but like you said, it is not up to us. Just an idea ...
  10. Hello all, I'm kinda new to DCG but I finally managed to set up my first grand campaign. While doing so I came across an idea (more like to be a question lol). The timetable.dcg feature gives you a lot of possibilities regarding briefings, squadron transfer, etc. but what I would like to know is if there is anyway we could define what type of mission it is going to be flown at a specific date of the campaign. For example, at the start of the campaign (let's suppose 08/02/1939) the missions would be only of the patrol type, but at a specific date (for example between 09/10/1939 - 09/20/1939) they change to intercept and then define back to patrol. Please dont curse me ... I'm aware that we can manually do that using the DCG panel, but with the feature I'm describing we could line up a specific type of briefing in association to the types of mission to be flown in the timetable. Well I dont really know if u guys get what I'm trying to describe here, but anyway thxs for all the help and the great software Regards Riksen
  11. Nephris is there anyway you can make your parser tool available for the community? I just took a look at your site stats and I have to say that it is impressive. The amount of details and the ability to recognize and organize several missions in diferent tables is just amazing. Well, even if u dont feel confortable in doing so, I just want to applaud the great work there.
  12. idefix44 have u ever tried this parser http://www.acebus.com/uslg/parser/ ? I know it can recognize AI deaths as well as the players one but I'm not sure if it can be connected to the IL2SC ... Just a though. If u try and it works please let us know... Hope it helps Regards
  13. Nevre mind i guess it was my browsers fault... thank u for this great addition to the il-2 gaming
