DCS key bindings "off state". 1 button 2 functions

Something I just found out. DCS has a key binding "off state" in its  bindings menu
Example: the MiG 21's "landing gear", up/neutral/down on a 2 button momentary switch
If you set "Gears up" to  button x, then set "Gears Handle Neutral" to same
"Gears up" button x in "off state" the release of button x (gears up) the "gears handle neutral"
will activate and neutralize the gear. 1 button 2 functions.

Drop tanks release would be an other example. press to open the safety cover, release and the tanks drop.
