  1. I couldn't run this.
  2. I know this is an old 1 - but to clarify, Base to Target is Combat Radius - correct? I am using sniperton's tool to tweak all the aircraft in my installation (I have designated 985 aircraft as combat active in my CUP installation).
  3. I will check - Thanks
  4. Thanks for the response - Mine is in I:\My Games\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\PaintSchemes\Skins\Bf-109G-6 - could this be the problem?
  5. Hi Paul - I have noticed that even though the latest 3.49 DCG allows the use of the No Transfer Command in the timetable.dcg (...thank you by the way). The "No Transfer" setting in the option tad seem to override the timetable command. Can you please verify at your leisure.
  6. I understand the syntax: 19410811 SetPaint II_JG770 = 0test.bmp ...but where does the skin have to be placed, obviusly not in the default folder of the aircraft
  7. Your campaign is calling for the Do217_K1 (which not in the .mis), thus Paul could run it with no problems. My guess is you have a class.dcg with the Do217_K1 and you selected it but you don't have it installed. My guess is to use the default files DCG came with or get a "mod package" HSFX is the easiest to install.
  8. Test last night - works like a charm. Since the max number of days DCG can skip is 3, using 3 SetDate commands for 3 days prior to either a battle or campaign ends did the trick.
  9. If I could chime in - i would look at the log IL-2 is generating after the crash. My 2 cents about mods: It is always better to go with mod packages (HSFX, CUP, DBW, UP, etc... that have been tested vigorously) verses " a few mods" that may not have been tested with each other.
  10. ....I figured it out - user error
  11. I have never heard of that - what mode are you flying "full DGEN replacement"?
  12. sniperton - I never understood how to use the "SetTime" command. I will look into to see how to use it. If I release my channel campaign with my methodology and the user changes the time laps - it may skip dated events (...like Operation Cerberus and Operation Jubilee, where I set the time passage to "extremely slow" for 1 day) , thus I am liking the idea of your "SetTime" command even more.
  13. No - No - No I see the issue (...not really an issue)! When campaign movement is set to fast - it skips dates (...as designed), but dcg doesn't look at the date in the timetable.dcg file and compare it to the current DCG date to determine if it should do anything retroactively - like add new squad in this case if it skips. Campaign Begins: [WINTER40] Campaign=Channel_Front Map=WINTER40 Date=21/12/1940 Campaign Ends: [WINTER40] Campaign=Channel_Front EndDate=19/03/1941 Then next campaign: [sPRING41] Campaign=Channel_Front Map=SPRING41 Date=20/03/1941 But.... if time passage was set to "fast" (some time in Winter '40), Spring '41 could actually start any number of days after March 19th (but no more than 3). In this case - March 21st (...because Winter '40 was set to "fast" at the beginning of the campaign). I guess I have to use a calendar to calculate when each campaign will end if time passage is sent to "fast" at the start of the previous campaign and date the events in the timetable.dcg accordingly. Am I correct with this logic?
  14. [WINTER40] 19401221 TimeTable On 19401221 Transfers Off 19401221 SetTimePassage Fast 19401221 RemoveColumn 0_Chief 19401221 ShipsRemainSunk On 19401221 MoveSquad RAF_No041SQN0 Lympne_N1_Airstrip 19401221 MoveSquad RAF_No091SQN0 Hawkinge_Airstrip 19401221 MoveSquad 131Squadron0 Manston_Airstrip 19401221 MoveSquad RAF_No340SQN0 Eastchurch_N2_Airstrip At the start of the campaign DCG doesn't place the units automatically - I have to move them. I am using the latest DCG version. I have checked my .rds and they are all correct. Suggestions anyone? I am hoping I don't need to add more information like aircraft type and min/max aircraft #
  15. Great workaround! Thanks
  16. Paul - what if it isn't? Is there a way to assign an alias?
  17. LIke yyyymmdd NameColumn 0_Chief Armor_Group_1 Can I do this: yyyymmdd Namesquad II_JG70 $10_Jabo_JG26 (note: 10.(Jabo)/JG 26 doesn't exist)
  18. sniperton - so DIT could extract the bridge# from maps? Oh snap!
  19. Paul - This Squadid file, will it be 4.13 compliant?
  20. Paul - with the number of spawn points available in an airfield - is there away to set DCG to use spawn points (...which will trigger taxi out to the runway) vs lining up on the runway?
  21. Pandacat you can manually move around the units (...which is what I do) after you generate the 1st mission and set transfer "off", or you can make do the exact same thing in the timetable.dcg. Note: There is a limited # of aircraft that can fit on a runway.
