TACAN to RSBN

The REFORGER Kola map has TACAN's noted on the ATO. I asked Rohr if he could translate them to RSBN but he doesn't have a clue. @Klaiber and @Flyboy do you have any ideas if it's possible to translate TACAN to RSBN or if it's possible to have both at an airport?

Unfortunately, RSBN and ARK can't be added easily to maps that don't have it.  Its not something that Leatherneck ever allowed us to control in the Mission Editor, even though its been asked for since the MiG-21 was released in 2014.

There are Mods that will add RSBN or ARK to maps that don't have it.  For example:

However, they break IC checks.  Or if they don't, they will when the game gets updated.

You might be able to convince Rohr to remove IC checks from the mission to allow you to run with the mod.  But its not a great solution.

Looking at the kola map, looks like most of the airbases have rsbn. Il test them tonight. Do we need some other from of frequencies for our mission?

Where do you see a list of the RSBN channel numbers?

EDIT: Actually they're already in the Kneeboard along with 3 ARK stations. I doubt he knows about it. I think it's related to that script error that you get at launch.

@Klaiber Sorry to bug but I forgot how to save the sample mission I have made for Rohr.  I have this but where do I find the file to send him after I click "Create"?

The Templates should be in Saved Games > DCS.openbeta > StaticTemplate.

Look for the stm files.

Many thanks! I kept asking Rohr and he didn't respond to that particular question but did to others. Maybe it's a language issue.
