Vonrd Posted November 20 Report Posted November 20 Went to visit Mike and Cholie. Mike and I were Best Buds through High school. We were in jazz, concert and marching band and also dedicated surfers. I hadn't seen him for 47 years. He owns Cowabunga Hotel and Bungalows in San Juanico, BCS, a very remote fishing village (no post office, no Amazon delivery, no gas station, no cell service, the town just got municipal electricity 6 months ago) and EVERYONE is very friendly and seem content. There is always a plethora of puppies there since there is no Vet available to spay / neuter. The whole village really loves their dogs though and makes sure they are fed.
