I was just glad it didn't take a wing, and that I didn't spin the thing in when I tried to pull up. If I hadn't stalled it I might have gotten away clean. They were G2s. My favorite part of that fight is when I split-s'd under the P-40 and saw Turbo's tracers go whizzin' by. Looking over my shoulder watching him rip into that Spit was pretty awesome. Thank you

It is set to AHCI. The problem is when I get to the installation screen for windows 7. It asks me which drive I want to install windows on but doesn't list any. Keeps asking me if I want to install a driver for it but I don't have any disks or anything for my SSDs (don't think they came with any to begin with). Probably going to run down to Best Buy and pick up a new SSD and a headset (cat chewed through the USB cable on my other one. Klaiber you want another kitten?She's really playful and she NEVER pisses me off). Might be able to use this SSD as a backup or something. Who knows.

Yes I am using my SSD. I was only able to Salvage one from my RAID 0 setup. It is formatted. BIOS recognizes it, windows doesn't give me the option to install on it for some reason. I'll double check "AHCI"

Ha! That guy isn't sexy enough to be me. Got all of my parts now I just need the paste for my processor. If all goes well I might be up and running by Monday. I may have to buy another SSD as I was only able to salvage one of the SSDs I had in RAID-0. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Okay, so I got a new Graphics card in and I installed it, but I got no video. Put my original card back in, still no video. Unfortunately my mobo doesn't have on board video so I haven't a damn clue wth is goin on.

In the context of ACTUALLY flying the East front in late '43 and on, hell NO! I would not trade places with any pilot on the Russian front. Yak-3s and La-5FNs are tough enough in small numbers, let alone being outnumbered by them.

I did join GS AFTER Kursk but I don't see how it could be that bad.

Bah, stick to the Fw-190 and everything will be fine. Pre-190 the 109 was superior in every way anyhow. I would not fear the Russian front.
