Not from my usual host but definitely legitimate. Only two weeks™ to go!

I got into country music only a couple years ago, while on travel for work. I’d find a syndicated station in almost every town with similar musicians and just listened to it while driving from the hotels to the airfields, thinking of home. Since I dropped SiriusXM, last year, I’ve been listening to terrestrial radio and the only rock stations play older music (a lot of Rush from the Canadian station, imagine that!) and the country ones play modern. I switch based on mood, now.

@Pfeil, I believe you have DCS: F-14. Did you see this campaign? https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/products/campaigns/f-14a_zone_5_campaign/

That was my period, it was nice. I feel bad for those that didn't get the whole peace-time exposure of the 80s and 90s.
-
With my departure from local TV, I haven’t really been watching or following any sports. Just the occasional game at the bar.
-
I’m addition to the checklist, yep. All of the things a copilot would do.
-
Only heard discussion about the function but not about the state at EA.

37 minutes from the time of this post, watch this:
-
The transition from actual to DCS is a great touch.
-
I've also been using the beta and have had no memorable issues in the last 6 months, or so.
-
It's hard for me to determine this issue at work, our internet is spotty at best.
-
I'll try and get mine posted here, too. I'm running similar hardware but a different WMR HMD (G1).
-
I use the mouse. For DCS I believe it’s in the Settings>VR, something like head as cursor or mouse as cursor?
-
Childhood favorite. With this, I think I'm going to get back into their catalog and binge. Thanks @Karl Spackler

The “Air Quake” part is referencing the public servers that cater to air to air engagements and the population tends to pick the aircraft with the highest chance of winning (currently the Hornet). The flight winds up being takeoff, fire everything you have, probably get shot down, respawn and repeat. This is opposed to objective based servers and servers with limited virtual lives over several hours that make survival an incentive.
-
This aircraft should thoroughly humble the Air-Quake F/A-18 crowd. I can hear the cries to nerf the Meteor and IRIS-T already.
-
I’m just gonna put this here. Looks like TrueGrit is working with Heatblur and things couldn’t have gotten better.
-
The G1 (I guess?) has a similar issue. I have a handful sitting on my lap in order to keep the weight off the ground. Ceiling mount is not really an option for me, as I’m nearly underneath a fan.

20th Anniversary: Wing Walkers (virtual) Combat Squadron
Britchot replied to WWSandMan's topic in Public Discussion
I just made the connection between this thread and my discord PMs. WWFalcon = Chris Herr = Chicken Simulations Yes, we definitely came across at VMU-1 in 2007. He got back from EP training to be transitioned to an automated system. -

Thanks for the bump! I missed this post when it was originally put up. I was a new father, probably quite busy with the 1 month old, at the time. @Karl Spackler and I trained both transitions from RQ-2 Pioneer to RQ-7 Shadow for VMU-1 and -2 in 2007/8. If WWFalcon was there during that period, we definitely crossed paths. Small world. -
I'd be all in on an OV-10, also.
-
I definitely remember it, though it took those opening credits to jar it. I kinda want to see if I can binge that at home.
-
Same thing I’ve heard.
