Congratulations to the Red Team! With a total of 70 points, and some very hard fought engagements, the Red Team has emerged victorious within the First Phase of FIF XXII. To celebrate the Red Team's achievement, the FIFXXIIa campaign ribbon shows the German Cross pattée on a red background. Flanders In Flames continues this Wednesday, October 7th, with the Second Phase of FIF XXII! The Red Team will now fly Entente, while the Blue Team switches to Central. Yeah, Overwolf is awful. It can cause significant frame rate drops, as well as just be a resource hog in general.

Palästinalied is very old. And it's actually become a staple of the folk metal scene. It was originally written as a poem in the early 13th century, around the time of the Fifth Crusade, by Walther von der Vogelweide (c. 1170 - c. 1230). In fact, it's melody dates back to the early 14th century.

I do think it's important for us to chronicle FIF, so I really like Hardy's blog a lot. It's fun, well written, and great public relations for FIF, and ROF in general. So, I hope that he'll keep recording his engagements. Even if we have a moratorium on everyone else due to ROF instability.
