I tested and got a solid 45FPS with disabled re-projection on DirectX 11 but get the same with DirectX 12, I have all setting really turned up.

@Vonrd some places say the Motion Vector locks FPS at 45, mine was on disabled, going to try auto tonight.. just a thought.

Right click on "Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR" -> properties -> local files

Not at all, just thought that might be missing hence no folder:

@Jaus check your steam library and see if you have a program called "windows Mixed Reality for SteamVr [beta] installed. I suspect that is the reason you don't see the ..\MixedRealityVRDriver\bin\win64\OpenVRSettingsUX.exe in your folder list.

What do you see can you post a screen shot?

Alternate method: "[your drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MixedRealityVRDriver\bin\win64\OpenVRSettingsUX.exe" for those of us who still have the controllers in the box.

PSU What is it rated for?

Should be able to find a couple of programs if you haven’t already that will run a good stress test and make sure that there is an a problem since you’re not getting the megahertz out of the ram that you should.
