July 16, 201610 yr Author comment_23451 BTW, what's an OffzSt? The rank of Offizierstellvertreter is a senior noncommissioned officer. It literally means "officer deputy". It compares to a Royal Air Force "Acting Officer" and a US Army Air Service "Warrant Officer". Report
