I watched the first episode. I have some problems with it, but it was good overall. I'll keep watching and see what I think.

Hi Valkyrie, I realized that I didn't answer your questions regarding times and numbers. JG1 has around 30+ pilots, spread across Rise of Flight, IL-2 (CloD and BoX), and DCS World. We meet for Rise of Flight on Mondays and Thursdays at 9PM EST. IL-2 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9PM EST. And DCS on Fridays at 10:30PM EST. Hi Goat, If you have problems with any of the skin packs for ROF (historical or fictional), you'll have to re-download them. That should fix it. Of course, if any of the packs give you continued problems, just let us know. I have all of them, and can link them to you. Regarding, skins for ROF, you can always start thinking about what you'd want. But as mentioned above, ROF is eventually going to give way to Flying Circus, so there is minimal support for the game at the moment.

Hi Shadepiece, Welcome! You've been assigned to the Red Team. As Air Combat Group pilots register, they'll be assigned to the Red Team as well. When you log in again to the boards, you should see the private Red Team area. The Red Team meets about 30 to 15 minutes before mission start on the JG1 TeamSpeak server. Mission times, as well as tournament rules, are posted here: http://forum.jg1.org/forum/73-fif-tournament-information/ The JG1 TS information is posted within the Red Team area. Make sure to grab that, as the server password is only given out through TeamSpeak before mission start. Also, both teams switch sides periodically throughout the event. So you'll have the chance to fly for both the Central side and the Entente side. Should you have any questions, just let me know!

And it may be just the thing to get some people in ACG interested in WW1. Definitely consider joining us!

S! All, I hope that everyone has been enjoying the "Winter Campaign" of FIF 2018! I had a few rule reminders that I wanted to post as we move forward into the second half of Phase A. Firstly, everyone should make sure to double and triple check their weapons modifications before they hit fly! Here are the approved mods: http://forum.jg1.org/topic/5457-fif-2018-winter-campaign-plane-modifications/ It's very important that everyone note that all bombers should be using the single rear turret. The only exception to this rule is the F.E.2b (which needs the extra oomph). All commanders should be aware of this rule, and they should be making sure that their pilots are aware of this rule. Secondly, FIF is built on trust and friendship. And it's important that we avoid a "win-at-all-cost" attitude that often plagues online events. There have been increased reports of "ramming". And while these instances were more than likely unintentional hits (due to lag spikes and heightened combat), let's make every effort to be respectful of our opponents, and try to avoid collisions if possible. If collisions do happen, please make sure to apologize and be gracious. I would hate to get involved in a dispute of this kind. Finally, everyone should be aware of our refly rules. This goes without saying. And it's all I'll say on this topic. I do check the stats. Be aware of this. Should anyone have an concerns, please PM me directly. Thanks!
