I never actually played it but I am half tempted to pick it up on sale. Reading through the comments on YT I am aware that there are multiple endings.

I find this video amusing the player does the opposite of the game narrator. What's amusing is the narrator will point it out and the game will railroad him into doing the right thing even if the player doesn't want to. Iy is really showing how games force the player to follow the right path. The developer's new content room is pretty funny also.

FYI the F1CE and F1EE have their own key bindings. Don't worry though I was able to save my joystick and throttle profile of the F1CE and load it into the F1EE. I did not try copying the HTML file and dropping it into the F1EE file. That could be another way to try. I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of minor things didn't copy over but my initial flight which included a dogfight with a Mig-23 ran fine.

@Vonrd I don't use it but make sure you are using the right MSI Afterburner download sight. There is malware out there right now under the disguise of MSI Afterburner.

I think when I played it it was just out of early access. The logistics of the campaign map were not very intuitive so that part was frustrating. I do recall the AI doing some dumb things in battle not sure if it is still that way. I know there have been some AI updates so I may check it out if nothing else catches my attention this winter. I on the other hand I will get a game when it comes out only to find out that it has bugs and end up being disappointed. Don't fret on pausing Ultimate General or any RTS I do it. Those youtubers that can play RTS games flawlessly amaze me.

I played through this one twice unmodded. This mod however sounds interesting. Last winter I dabbled in "Grand Tactician: The Civil War" and plan on doing it again this winter.

It could come in handy for setting up the throttle so combat power is after the detent. For me if I want something more or less stable I will just trim it when applicable.

It is the same account however The way I recall it is, you have to own IL2 Stalingrad through Steam to fly through Steam. After that any of the following modules regardless of where you bought it can be flown through Steam. So for example I buy all the prepurchase modules through the IL2 website but fly them through Steam as they are released. If I waited for the module to be released on Steam I wouldn't be able to fly the planes until the module is fully released. The rules could have changed since I last looked.

That was the problem I was having I finally got good at it by moving the throttle with my fingers. A little tappy tap here and a little tappy tap there. I have a new throttle now and haven't tried refueling with it yet. Before my hiatus once when I would AAR, I attached to the basket briefly get around 1000 to 1500 pounds of fuel. Then I would end up detaching. My second time I would usually stay connected until it was topped off. I could not fill up in one go. The Jf-17 is the one I have an issue maintaining speed in AAR.

A conversation that I have had with him before is something that I either I read or saw. The basic premise is your taste in music is set during your teenage years. That is not to say you won't like new music it is just saying the new music you like will have something in common with the the stuff you grew up with. When we look back at the music we grew up with it reminds us of something while growing up. For example Simply irresistible by Robert Palmer reminds me of swimming in the city pool. While Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Seger was playing over the PA while getting of the school bus at County Stadium for my first Brewer game. Now when we hear something new its more than likely while doing something mundane such as work. You will never hear me say "I just love this song it reminds me of work." Now going back to my coworker he said to me yesterday "I finally get why your generation gravitated to grunge. Hair metal sucks and grunge was kind of a big middle finger to 80's music." He is right in a way, I did not care for hair metal but that was also when country music was starting to take off. Over night it became popular with Garth Brooks and Billy Ray Cyrus. I didn't get country then and I don't get it now. So given a choice my friends and I went with all forms of rock.
