  3. Hi EdwardWilliam, You're already registered to the Blue Team. The Blue Team uses Jasta 5's TeamSpeak server. When you login to the forums again, you should see the Blue Team private area of the boards. The pinned post at the top of those private forums has Jasta 5's TS info. Let me know if you have any trouble locating it. The tournament calendar is here: http://forum.jg1.org/topic/3010-flanders-in-flames-calendar/ We meet on Saturdays at 2PM EDT / 6PM UTC. On mission day, my advice would be come a few minutes early. The server password is always passed out via TeamSpeak. And you'll need to collect your mission orders for the team commanders. Looking forward to flying with you soon!
  4. I'm definitely going to pick it up. Should be really a lot of fun in the air.
  5. For anyone checking the boards right now, they're flying it live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VUrF7AfVBc
  6. Out of nowhere! https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/modules/i-16/ Looks like it could be a ton of fun, though a bit out of place (even in the WW2 stable). Here are the discussions: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=133052 https://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=340 Is anyone thinking of picking it up?
  7. An eighth fix, if people are interested: Apparently, the Microsoft Store will interfere with the CH Manager. So, when you start up the computer, and anticipate using your HOTAS, hit CTL + ALT + DELETE before you start the CH Manager. Go to Task Manager. And scroll down until you find Microsoft Store. Right click on it, and End Task. At this point, you can start CH Manager. And the download button should now work. Hope this helps someone.
  8. It still took me two hours to figure out. The real test will be whether it works today.
  9. Just a quick heads up with the most recent May 2019 Windows update. Because it was a comprehensive one, it screwed up my HOTAS. I had to unplug the stick, throttle, and pedals after it finished, and plug them back in again so that the computer could re-find them. If anyone is having problems with CH stuff, try that first.
  10. I read The Killer Angels a long time ago. Enjoyed it. I'll have to check out Jeffrey Sharra's book on WW1. Thanks for the recommendation.
  11. Yeah, the best I can find is: https://web.archive.org/web/20181203075950/http://blackhaze.0catch.com/history.html
  12. The only other one I could think of was Jasta 37 Black Wolf. http://web.archive.org/web/20040312194813/http://jasta37.tripod.com/
  13. Hi Archibald, could it possibly have been Black Haze (Jasta 7 and Jasta 16b)? http://blackhazesquad.proboards.com/ They're still around, but are unfortunately inactive at the moment.
  14. Wow. Unfortunately, I think it's EUR 4,900. Eek.
  15. Do you remember which Jasta you flew with in JG1? Or perhaps who your CO was? Just curious.
  16. Hi Archibald, It's great to meet you! I'm Klaiber, the CO of JG1. I'll drop you an email today. Check the account that you used to register to the boards. Looking forward to talking with you more!
  17. Hope you're doing well, Baron. See you when you get back.
  18. Sweet! If you like it, I'll definitely download it.
  19. The 4K skins obviously look better up close. But at distance, or flying by at 100mph, the difference between 2K and 4K isn't very noticeable. Because of this, Vonrd has gone with 2K skins mostly to help with the file bloat when creating skin packs: http://forum.jg1.org/topic/6098-fc-skins/page-5?do=findComment&comment=45981 But, that's just a personal choice.
  20. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3885378#post3885378 If anyone is interested, there are a few things on sale right now.
  21. That is really good slowed down.
  22. Beautiful work, Pragr!
  23. I do too. That would be incredible.
  24. Yeah, as a COOP, it's looks pretty tiny with regards to open slots. However, this means that others are interested in DiD as well. The No.610 squadron are attached to the Air Combat Group (ACG): https://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/squadrons/no610.php And I know that Shadepiece is a member of the ACG, within 7./JG 26: https://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/squadrons/7jg26.php Since the ACG run their own campaigns, perhaps they're another group we could coordinate with?
