Close call !!! There were 6 Player flown enemy aircraft searching for me and I could not believe that none of them saw me. The IL-2 in this screenshot was the one that flew the closest to me but it was a tense 10 minutes of them flying over and all around me before they finally gave up looking for me. I am guessing that they thought I had spawned out. There were also two Player manned T-34 tanks in the area looking for me too. Of which one finally got me with about three minutes left in the session. I got off the first shot at him and missed but he did not have as poor aim. Wheels

Strafing Pass Ground view of my strafing pass on parked aircraft. I am the second aircraft attacking the parked aircraft. I took out 5 of them with rockets and guns. 352nd Duckman was the first plane through and he took out 6 of them with guns only. I took out the first 4 of the 5 that were lined up at the beginning of the flight line on my next pass and 352nd_Crater got the last one which was the single at the end of the line in this video a little bit after my second pass. 352ndVFG group session on Sunday September 10, 2023. I was unconscious at that particular moment in the screenshot. I did however get out in time, just barely. I was well below 500 feet going close to 300 mph when I got hit initially and that hit knocked me out. With me knocked out I zoom climbed to about 2,000 feet which caused all the AAA guns near me to open fire. Watching the replay it looks like I am the duck in a shooting gallery of duck hunters during the first hunt of the season and the only duck still in the air. Apparently the fireball and smoke trail I was leaving put on a pretty good show for the rest of my squadron since they were at least 10 to 15 km from my location when I got hit and they commented on it. Midway (1976) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074899/ Actually saw it at the theater when it came out in 1976 too. One of the main things I remember about the movie at the theater was that they had the volume set so high I wanted to leave before the movie ended. Wheels

Outside view from 352nd Pers's aircraft of our group takeoff on Friday's session. I didn't kill him during our Friday session but I certainly made up for it on Sunday... Circus Takeoff: Wheels

I do not always fly Allied. Combat Landing in a Ju-52 We are in a campaign with another group and in order to capture an airfield it requires ground forces to drive next to a monument on that airfield and then have a cargo plane, Ju-52 for Axis and a C-47 for Allied, land on the airfield and taxi close to the hangars. Once next to the hangars you need to unload* the cargo safely before the airfield is finally captured. Landing and then ground looping next to the hangars is the fastest way I have found to accomplish this task. When working as a team the ground forces and aircraft can capture a **non contested** airfield rather quickly and well before enemy forces can react to it. Wheels *There is no cargo unloading animation. The time it takes to unload can be guestimated after I ground loop by watch the cargo door on the Ju-52 open and then close.

Heart of Stone https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13603966/ Several plot holes you could drive a battleship through but I still enjoyed the flick. Wheels

Just got another email regarding them deleting inactive accounts. There was no distinction regarding accounts with uploaded content this time either. First ones are going to the digital grave yard in December. Wheels -
Before I saw the date the thread was started I thought it was going to be about Hurricane Hillary. She should be in my neck of the woods in the next 2 to 4 hours. Wheels
