Near disaster while landing Got hit by flak over the target and just made it home before the left horizontal stabilizer and the left elevator fell off the plane. I flew about 45 minutes with the damage to the elevator. Wheels

Lol, they must have been channeling Microsoft tech support when they made the update. Wheels

No Time to Die https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2382320/ I enjoyed the movie but I will never consider it a true Bond movie. If you have seen the movie you will likely understand my sentiment. The movie is just about three years old but I do not want to discuss my reasons for my sentiments as I do not to spoil the movie's plot points for anyone who might not have seen it yet. (Really would have liked the site to have spoiler tags but it seems to have been omitted from all Invision forums...) Wheels

Using the Internet Archive for saving webpages

Close but no cigar... Lost, Jim, Mary and Susie before Fort Hall. Will have to watch the video to know exactly where they were lost. I finally killed Joe and Susie shooting the rapids when my arrow keys did not direct the raft around the rocks. Third try and just one way station short isn't too bad. A couple of things I learned on this trip is that you definitely have to Hunt along the way to have enough food and there is no way to address running low on water. Wheels -

First trip all my Oxen died after crossing the second river and no one wanted to trade for one. The second trip I drowned Denise in 3 FEET of water, I say it again 3 feet of water, and a few days later one of my 4 oxen died. The next disaster was when a thief stole all three of the other oxen. Again no one would trade me an Oxen... Wheels -
View from inside the RC aircraft cockpit using head tracking equipment. He was flying at this RC field in this Orange County canyon 5305 Santiago Canyon Road https://goo.gl/maps/kEdeiRmsf9TqvWN56 Here he is dogfighting a Corsair at the same RC airfield. Wheels

Just finished watching the 4 hour NBC commercial fest or as it was blatantly misrepresented for the last month The Indianapolis 500. The last two laps were definitely exciting from a viewer standpoint but in deference to the overall safety of the drivers I think the last Red flag was one too many. Wheels

Arnold is back ! https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13064902/ I just Binge watched all 8 episodes of Season 1 on Netflix yesterday and if you like Arnold this will definitely scratch that itch to see him in action once again. I am all in for a Season 2 but only time will tell if that is a go... Wheels

Tired of “losing” your favorite gaming site or any site that you just love to frequent for that matter. By using the Internet Archive’s “Save Page Now” feature to save snapshots of those sites you can help keep them “alive” for your future use. It used to take 6 months before the page would actually show in the archive database but now you can check right after you save it and see if it was actually saved. If you get a group together you can pool your efforts to save just about everything from a site for future use. Go to the Wayback website: Internet Archive: Wayback Machine 9 Paste the URL of the page you want to archive into the Save Page Now box (at the bottom-right). Click on the Save Page button (or press enter). Wait while the page is being crawled. Once the archiving process is complete, the URL of the archived page appears. Not every link or page on a site will be able to be archived but most sites allow spiders to crawl most of their content so it will show up in search engines. This can also be used as a tool for Administrators to see if they are allowing the things they don’t care are Archived to be Archived and stop spiders from Archiving things they don’t want to be Archived by changing their forums robot.txt permissions. Watching the video near the end when crapouillo's plane was belching smoke and coughing all I kept thinking was that Pardo's push is not going to work with a P-47... Wheels

I really prefer the way 1946 lets the destroyed aircraft go all the way to the ground and doesn't just disappear like it does in IL-2 Great Battles if the aircraft is too high above the ground or there is a Pilot kill. Wheels

Problems with bombs not dropping
wheelsup_cavu replied to tourvillejeff47's topic in DCG Public Discussion
The center bombs will never release when using the unlimited ammo option. Only the wing bombs will drop and those wing bombs will regenerate before the center bomb can be dropped. As you have already found out you can jettison all the bombs though. The jettison bomb feature was added with the v4.11m patch to somewhat address the problem of never being able to drop all the bombs. Wheels -

Jason Williams & his new sim "Combat Pilot"

I was able to convert the flash player intro for Jason's old site to mp4 using https://convertio.co/swf-mp4/ 777AVGIntro.mp4 I have been wanting to do that with other old websites flash player intros now that they are blocked from being viewable and I had never come across a reasonably easy way to do it until now. Steps: Find web page where flash video was once playable Use View page source Search for .swf extensions right click and Download the swf file to your computer Upload from your computer to convertio.co and convert it to mp4. Now off to see if I can find that website that had a great flash player timeline of the Pearl harbor attack. Like this video of Jason's it is only available at the Internet Archive and I figured it was going to be lost forever. Now maybe there is a shot to save it if I can find it... Wheels
