My condolences to all. -
Congratulations on the 12,000th post in this sub-forum! I don't know why I noticed it, but I did. There is no prize

I've posted in the DCG forum, as well. I'm not sure everyone within that forum is monitoring this section.

@Chaney posted a query in the Technical Support forum that I'd like to echo among the DCG forum. If anyone can help, please respond to the original post:

Had this musician friend me on Twitter to provide royalty free background music for streaming on Twitch. Listened to his stuff last night while playing Star Citizen. I completely enjoyed it.

Here's my big headliner. Looks like it'll be released any day, now.
-
I did not, thank you for the heads up.
-
It is supposed to improve all WMR headsets.
-
Blink and you'll miss it,

Exactly what I use, a USB sound card into a headset.

As a Reverb owner, I'd say this next one will probably be great. I'm wondering if it'll be great enough to upgrade or wait a generation. Probably follow Razwald's cue.

You can reference two Navaids, like the intersection of ARC II-1-5 050° and II-1-6 220°. Or the simpler single fix like RSBN 04, 120° for 120km. Figure out where the good sections of roads are and then figure out the marker. The pilot might need to fly high for reception and find the area to descend. Or, using the map to draw those intersections, can use pilotage to navigate, once in the area.

If you’re down to just needing “collector planes”, I suggest the U-2VS and Ju-52. Then get fun ones like the Hs-129 and P-38.

I'd love to see a Cobra in DCS, also. Any variant.

Pretty normal first results. With the MiG-21, you have to fly it to the ground, not allowing yourself to get too slow trying to flare.

Welcome to the forum, Rookie. As far as vacancies, we are certainly recruiting. As mentioned, our CO will be sending you some correspondence with rules and other administrative information. Once you go through those, we’ll schedule an initial evaluation session, with any airframe (I know a few of the II. JS guys have the Viggen). That initial eval could even be in the MiG-21 and can be a completely first-time introduction. It is really to get to know you and for you to get to know us. Of course, I f you’d like to wait until after that first eval to make a purchase, that would be understood, also.

Since I use ForeFlight for my manned flying, I use the program for MSFS. I don’t recommend anyone that doesn’t need it for flying to run out and get it, though. It’s an annual subscription, and fairly pricey. But if you do have it, you can link the two together in a sim mode to give you a moving GPS icon on your map, as if you were flying.
-
I’m not sure they’d understand “On the Air”, either.

What? Where? I'm intrigued!
