Moreover, they've confirmed FC 3! https://il2sturmovik.com/news/790/update-5101-fc-volii-spitfire-mkxive-free-typhoon-/ Other random takeaways I'm excited about: FC 3 will complete the Western Front map, bringing 5 seasons to it: Summer, early Autumn, late Autumn / early Spring, Winter and Spring FC 3 is scheduled to be released by the end of this year... pretty quick turnaround. An additional pack of aircraft will be released next year, bringing all land-based aircraft (except the S-16 and Ilya Muromets) from ROF to FC. With this update they included this nugget: Balloon operators launch flares when given a mission command MCU Command: Flare Also added with this update: Updated the sounds of air explosions of medium and large caliber AA rounds; Added separate sounds of air explosions for the British QF13-pounder 6 cwt (76.2 mm) and the German Flak 77 L/27 AA guns Greif, Erhardt, Snaggle and 6 others 5 4 Quote

Also, 1C Games Studios and Ugra Media have entered into an agreement to develop the third part of the project - Flying Circus Vol. III. It will include 8 aircraft: German Albatros D.II fighter German fighter Halberstadt D.II French Nieuport 17.C1 fighter French Nieuport 11.C1 fighter French fighter Nieuport 17.C1 GBR adapted for British service French Hanriot HD.1 fighter. British two-seat reconnaissance aircraft R.E.8. British two-seat medium bomber F.E.2b. Quote

Yeah, the rest of the key aircraft are coming in a later pack: An additional pack of aircraft will be released next year, bringing all land-based aircraft (except the S-16 and Ilya Muromets) from ROF to FC. I suspect they withheld the ever-popular Pup, Roland, and Alb D.III for the later pack to increase demand. It’s tougher finding a market for early war stuff (sadly). Quote
